You may know by now that I work with small and start-up businesses to help with business development, retail systems, product designs and manufacturing. Currently I do this via one-to-one sessions, but I do get asked if I offer longer term mentoring services to cover larger projects. Having given it some thought I have been putting together my first mentoring package for designers (and non-designers) who are starting a clothing line and need some guidance….

The mentoring will be tailored completely to your business and will include; advice on business models, company structures, cashflow forecasting and a general insight into the industry followed by design feedback and, depending on what stage you are at, actionable steps which will help you develop your garments and approach a manufacturer.
